Following is a brief summary of the BORUTO manga:
Members of a new generation of ninjas go on the stage of shinobi life. The primary character of this story is Boruto Uzumaki, who is the 7th Hokage’s son. His father is upset that he doesn’t spend enough time with his kids because of his job. They are a member of a squad led by Konohamaru Sarutobi that also consists of Mitsuki, Sarada Uchiha, and Mitsuke, the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura Uchiha.
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is a Japanese manga series written by Ukyo Kodachi and Masashi Kishimoto. The artwork for the series was created by Mikio Ikemoto. In May 2016, Kodachi, the author, and Kishimoto, the editorial director, began serializing it in Shueisha’s shonen manga magazine, Weekly Shonen Jump. It was transferred to Shueisha’s monthly magazine V Jump in July 2019. Shueisha is the company that publishes both periodicals. Kodachi left his job as a writer in November 2020, and Kishimoto took over. A spin-off and a continuation of Kishimoto’s Naruto, Boruto follows the exploits of Boruto Uzumaki and the ninja team he commands. Naruto Uzumaki’s son is Boruto.
Shueisha’s proposal to Kishimoto for the creation of a Naruto sequel gave birth to Boruto. Instead of taking the chance, Kishimoto suggested that his former helper Mikio Ikemoto draw it. The storyline was created by Boruto: Naruto the Movie’s writer, Uky Kodachi. The manga is co-directed by Kodachi and Ikemoto. TV Tokyo started airing an anime television adaption in April of that year. The opening of the anime is a prologue that occurs before Boruto and his friends become ninjas in a later plot arc, in contrast to the beginning of the manga, which was a retelling of the Boruto movie. Additionally, a number of light novels have been written.
Because it focused more on the protagonist, the manga’s plot was seen as being more serious than the anime’s Pierrot prequel, which won praise for its usage of both new and old characters. The anime prequel received accolades for its utilization of both fresh and recurring characters. One million copies of the manga series have already been distributed by Shueisha as of the start of 2017.
Plot: The manga begins with a fight between a young Boruto Uzumaki and an enemy named Kawaki that happens amid the devastation of his town. The manga then continues with a description of what happened in Boruto: The updated version of Naruto. [3] The Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki’s son Boruto harbors hatred toward him for putting the interests of the community before of those of his family. At that point, Boruto teams up with Mitsuki, an artificial son produced by Orochimaru, Sarada Uchiha, the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura Uchiha, and other allies. They are all members of a ninja team under the command of Konohamaru Sarutobi, Naruto’s student and student of Sarutobi. Sasuke has returned to the area to inform Naruto about the impending threat posed by Kaguya tsutsuki and his goals. Boruto asks Sasuke to help him get ready for the upcoming Chunin test in an effort to impress his father. In order to use kurama, a tailed beast imprisoned inside Naruto’s body, to revive the dying Divine Tree in their home world, Momoshiki and Kinshiki tsutsuki, a pair that Sasuke met, abduct Naruto as he is taking the exam. Boruto, Sasuke, and the four Kages, who are the heads of various ninja villages, have set out to save Naruto because he is in danger. Momoshiki, who had sacrificed Kinshiki to strengthen his own strength, is destroyed by Boruto and Naruto with the help of Sasuke, ending the fight. Despite being defeated, Momoshiki manages to survive long enough to reveal to Boruto his entire potential and warn him of upcoming difficulties. After he has recovered from the battle, Boruto realizes that he will one day become just like Sasuke and advises Sarada to continue her goal of becoming the next Hokage.
